Please contact me if you will be running late and I will do my best to accommodate you. Keep in mind that if you are 15-20 minutes late, I cannot promise that I will be able to perform your appointment. If the result of tardiness is cancelation, a cancelation fee will be required. REFUND POLICY: My number one goal is for my clients to leave my chair happy. If you are unhappy with your hair reach out within 7 days, of your previously scheduled appointment. I am glad to make any minor adjustments, as long as it will not compromise the integrity of your hair. As a small business owner I make a living off of the services I provide, I will gladly offer "redo" services, but refunds or partial refunds on services are not allowed.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I respectfully require at least 48hrs notice for the cancelation of scheduled services. Guests canceling within less than 48hrs notice will automatically be charged 50% of the services reserved.
Any guests that no show, or do not contact me within the 48hr window, will be charged 75% of the services reserved.
